The scenery is fantastic, it's easy to see why it's a state nature reserve. Easy to find and very accessible
Beautiful place to bike or go walking. Area is historical and has info plaques on paths. A little confusing to get to all areas of the park. A bit busy when we went on a Sat middle of the day in cool weather.
Great semi-primitive tent or RV camping, located near a beach and heavy forests. There are port-a-potty restrooms and a front cabin selling firewood and other essentials. Reservations can be made online, but we just made one when we arrived at the front desk. Quiet. Lots of families.
Worth the trip if you're located close to Columbus. The site includes a paved bike trail and hiking offshoots throughout the preserve. Make sure you get there early before the locals arrive.
Very beautiful. Good parking. Paved path. Perfect for family, jogging, strollers, wheelchair. Very beautiful path. Very popular too, there were a lot of other families walking. Has a restroom. It was hard to find, google maps originally sent me to the middle of no where and I had to drive around.
